VINTAGE NOTES
The 2023/2024 growing season was warm and dry, leading to one of the earliest harvests we've ever had. Our canopy management and irrigation techniques were precise, allowing for ample shading of the fruit, achieving slow ripening, and retaining natural acidity. This wine is made from organically grown grapes in the sub-region of Metricup.
