A rich and powerful Cabernet full of dark fruits, dried mint, spice, mocha and liquorice flavours. Fine French oak and silky tannins frame this well balanced Cabernet and carry it through to a long, generous finish.
The fruit was harvested in the cool, early hours of the morning, then destemmed & crushed into static fermenters where it was inoculated with yeast selected for varietal expression. This wine is perfectly paired with a slow roasted lamb roast with Moroccan spice.
